3 Hello people! W elcome back to our May issue and our third of a 4 part series in our vegetarian menu. I don’t know about you but since I started this great way of eating, I haven’t looked back, finding all sorts of great new things to eat in my diet and not having to have one of our other inhabitants of this wonderful planet killed to subsidise m y life style, and above all things, this to me is the m ost important reason why I have changed my eating habits. Every living creature deserves the right to live its life span to the fullest. The sooner we all realise this and stop using them for our own selfish means the better. Living a Happy Healthy Life without Taking Something Else’s Life to Do It Well that’s our menu for May and one more to go. As you can see, not one other of earth’s species was needed to have its life taken to satisfy my eating habits. Everything that is on the menu, apart from eggs, which are free range is devoid of animal bird or fish. I ’m hoping that our young adults will take a liking to what I’m trying to achieve here, as it is them and their children’s, children’s, children, who will eventually change the way we eat and eventually free our birds, animals and fish from the horrendous cruelty that they must suffer under the oppression of the greedy human race, which is more interested in how much money they can make, rather than show the compassion which our other earthly species truly deserve.
