Here we are back again with our second vegetarian menu. A lot of the things are similar for breakfast and lunch but I believe that humans usually avoid too many changes at these sittings and dinner in the evening is the main meal when we like to have variety. Once again there are no animal, bird or fish products in this menu so we have not shortened any of our co-inhabitants’ lives on this planet to enhance our own, which is a real step toward a new way of living.Keep this menu and add it to last month’s. We have two more coming up to give you a full month’s vegetarian menu. Living a Happy Healthy Life without Taking Something Else’s Life to Do It Remember, we ate any and everything around us to survive as we were evolving both intellectually, philosophically and culturally. But now we have to evolve more compassionately which means realising that other species of life on this beautiful planet deserve to be able to live out a full life span without humans cutting it short for whatever reasons arise. W e no longer have to eat other living creatures, we can grow what we need and live well because of it and if we here in Australia can develop a specialist way of feeding our population by agriculture, then we can pass it on to other countries where poverty and drought and starvation are hurting the population badly.
