The Rock-itt : December 2011
They will be dragged through the streets, their hind legs shedding skin and tissue as they’re pulled and kicked along and then wrapped in a dirty rag, not to cover the wound but to stop the blood getting on the car, strapped to the roof racks or stuffed into the boot, possibly 2 or 3 at a time and if the boot won’t close then someone will sit on it to make sure it does. Once onboard they’re driven in the unbearable heat of the sun to wherever they will be cut into pieces live and divided up amongst the blood thirsty humans that have paid for their share. Yes, that’s how our noble animals who have fed and clothed us for over 200 years will spend their twelve days till Christmas and it is the Australian people who are sending them to this painful and miserable death by doing nothing to stop this holocaust which should be outlawed. The world is about to change, fellow Australians, a new way of thinking about this planet and its inhabitants including all living creatures is gradually taking place and the sooner we show that we Australians are ready to be part of this new way of life, the less our Australian animals will suffer while the change is taking place. Go to the “Animals Australia” website and see what needs to be done to bring the changes to the way our animals are treated and what we can do to have these changes implemented sooner. Don’t leave it to someone else. Don’t let your MP off the hook. Send an urgent message today to let them know how the government has let caring Australians down and that while they continue to support the cruel live trade of animals, people like you will continue to demand its end. Go to banliveexport.com for more information. Our politicians need to be brought to account and do what we believe is right. They should not be allowed to get away with what is happening to our animals for any reason at all. The way our animals are being abused is for excessive greed and for the profit of a few, not the benefit of the Australian population. Let’s do something to stop it now! Now enjoy your twelve days till Christmas, but also do something to help our animals. Let’s make this country a better and a more honest place to live. We will be back again next month to get up on our soapbox and try to win fair rights for our Australian sheep and cattle. Stand with us and make your presence known. Merry Christmas, fellow Australians and a Happy New Year. Pete Johnson
