There's an old saying that, "When a champion boxer is knocked down, he isn't beaten. It's when he doesn't get up, that's when he's beaten". And going by last month's great display by our Mighty Manly Sea Eagles proved just that, we are by no means finished. If anything, we areonourwaytothetopofthe ladder and a chance to contest the right to the NRL Holy Grail. We have been on and off the ropes all season, dogged by all sorts of setbacks with injuries being our biggest stumbling block. But in the true tradition of our great club we are gradually getting back up off the canvas and are starting to lift the gloves and our Beaches' boys are coming out of the corner, fighting like the true champions they are. Some dispirited souls say we can't make the finals from here and that we haven't got what it takes to bring the NRL Holy Grail back to Brookie. Well, I have to say I disagree.
